Father's Day

So blessed with the many great dad's in my life...my own dad, father-in-law and hubby are just the best.  We celebrated Father's Day with the usual tradition of Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuits, church and the rest of the day at Wayne and Karen's house.  It was such a hot day.  The kids enjoyed the  pool and squirting Kyle with the water guns.  Papa and Karen brought back Hawaiian souvenirs for the kids.  It was a happy day indeed!

Father's Day weekend is also memorable time because it is the anniversary of Evangeline's baptism.  Each year we recognize this special day by lighting her baptism candle and saying a special prayer for her.  It is something she enjoys each year.  It has become a tradition that means a lot to all of us.
