Easter With The Hutsons

After church on Easter Sunday we all meet at Peggy's house for lunch and another Easter Egg hunt.

It doesn't matter if it's the fourth Easter Egg hunt in one week....it never seems to loose it's joy.

Savannah's birthday fell on Easter this year.  I cannot believe she is 11 years old!!!

That evening the kids and I spent the night at my mom's house, which is always fun.  That night it snowed 2.5 inches, which is what we should have expected with Easter falling on April Fools Day and all.  It was a gorgeous snow and although I am so ready for warm weather, I did enjoy it's beauty.  I also enjoyed the fact that it was gone by the following evening.

Easter Morn

Once again this year the Easter Bunny had to hide the loot inside due to the nasty weather conditions.  That didn't stop the Hutson children from having a very exciting morning checking out what the bunny left and searching for all their eggs in the house.

And oh! I could just eat them up in their little Easter outfits.  Peggy let Evangeline pick hers out as she does every year....

Jed was being a super stinker when I was trying to get a picture of them together at church.  I finally achieved the goal by using the old "don't you stand by your sister and smile....don't you do it" trick.  Worked like a charm.

At The Farm

On the way to Dad's house Evangeline tried to get some shut eye.  She stuffed a Kleenex in her sunglasses to shield her eyes from the light.  It must have worked, because when I looked back at her she was sound asleep....

We had another egg hunt for the kids.  We hid them in the front of the house because the ground was so soggy.  It was kind of funny though because there were no hiding places at all in the front.  We had like 60 eggs which we ended up just plopping on the ground in plane sight.  Evangeline dominated the egg hunt.

It's FINALLY becoming easier to get a group shot of these three....

And let's not forget this adorable little feller......

I love all these pictures of Kyle and Liam because they are the only ones I have of Kyle holding a baby and not looking super tired.

Proud big cousin....
