Mumford and Sons

Our Christmas present from Mom were tickets to see Mumford and Sons.  It was on a school night and we were back late, but it was worth it.  Kyle and I rode with Mom, Colleen and Ainslee and we meet Zach and Candice at the concert.  We all sat together.  So much fun!

Mid March

I started doing some ab and arm exercises along with my running and I couldn't help but laugh when Pickles hopped up on Kyle's chest of drawers to watch me do my crunches.  He seemed puzzled at this strange behavior...

This was Evangeline on Wacky Wednesday during Dr. Seuss Read Across America week....the girl loves a theme....

Pickles in a sunny patch...

Family jam session....

A beautiful sunrise...

The contents of Evangeline's coat pocket when I cleared it all out to give it a good wash.  I found: several rocks, an angel ornament, chap stick, an eraser, a tootsie roll wrapper, a spring.

I love making Irish soda bread scones with Irish butter on Saint Patrick's Day each year.  We always have them with Irish tea.

I participated in another 5k over St. Patrick's day weekend.  This time my friend/co worker, Erica Crumrin joined me.  I came in second place in my age division and finished in 29 minutes.  I was very proud of my results.

No Cavity Club

Both of my little darlin's love going to the dentist at this point in their lives.  They look forward to it even.  Jed is so good for the hygienists every time.  They are always shocked at how he lays there and lets them clean his teeth for the whole duration.  He lays there so still and really gets our money's worth.  He melted everyone's heart as we left by hopping off the table and saying, "that was fun".  Jed loves showing everyone the sparkles on his teeth after he gets them cleaned.  Both of them are in the No Cavity Club.

*Can I also note that Evangeline loves the little woodland dolls I've made her so much, which makes me just my heart just swell.  She has one with her in this picture of her at the dentist.
