Last Week

The big girl is finishing up her second season of soccer.  She's doing a pretty good job getting in the game.....although she does always seem to be the first one to volunteer to be the goalie, a position that doesn't see too much action.

This guy just gets bigger every day.  He has gained over 3 pounds since we brought him home from the hospital!  It's astounding.  He's doing a great job lifting his head.  He's had a change of heart about bath time (thank goodness) and likes it now.  He's sleeping at night (not through the night, but at nighttime) and will sleep without having to be held.  He's a good boy.  The best part are all the smiles he's been giving us lately.  He's just so cute.

We made it to church with Jed for the first time Sunday.  He enjoyed gazing at the stained glass windows.

The many faces of Jed Hutson....

Last week I put Jed down on his play mat in the living room while I made my lunch.  All of the sudden I heard him screaming screams I had never heard out of him before.  I ran over to see what was wrong and when I picked him up I noticed that he had his hair (the stick up part) clinched so tightly in his little fist that his scalp was white.  It was the saddest thing.  I had to pry his fingers opened and console the little fella.  Ahh, he's got a lot to learn.
