Oh! Summer vacation, how very lovely to see you again....
We've been doing all the things we love to do....picnics, reading, playing outside, napping. We've been doing all the things we have been needing to do...cleaning, organizing, purging. Evangeline has been forever wanting to walk around in the Marshall Cemetery and we finally made the time to do that. It's just so nice to not be on such a schedule. I was so ready for a break from the rat race. 
Jed LOVED picnicking. He wasn't sure at all what to make of it at first. He sat still on the blanket what I set everything out, then he got comfortable.... He walked/scampered all over the blanket in between bites. He is a wild picnicker. We had to be on our guard.
I had to include this picture because we were cracking up...we tried to get a picture with all of our heads together...when I told Jed to put his head down by ours, this is what he did.....he didn't quite get it.....
Then he "honked" my nose. He loves honking noses.
We had a nice little visit to the museum. Jed is getting to the age where he is enjoying it. It's fun to watch the two of them playing together. Jed loved "driving" the race car so much. He threw a major fit when we had to leave it.
