Evangeline and Kaiden got it in their heads that they wanted to have a sleepover in the little yellow playhouse. I told them that they could if they could find an adult willing to stay out there with them....they knew at once who to turn to....Grandma.
Grandma showed up with all the camping gear, complete with a tree stump that her friend gave her, which was supposed to be stuffed with dryer lent before lighting. We could not get the thing to light. It was the most pathetic campfire ever. We all got a good laugh and then went inside to make S'mores in the microwave.
They spent the night playing games and listening to campfire stories from a book Grandma ordered for the occasion. They were CRAMPED, but they all said they had a good night sleep and that it was a lot of fun.
Morning...
I went to Casey's to pick up a box of doughnuts and everyone was excited.
Later that weekend my mom took Evangeline kayaking at Lincoln Trail...
