We are at the stage in life where the little things are the big things, and Jed pooping on the potty is a very big thing. He has been going on the potty for some time, but never pooping on the potty. We've been talking about it for a while now. We promised him a marshmallow as a reward, which is what he's been wanting. Well one day Evangeline, bless her heart, was determined that he would get the job done. She sat and read with him until finally.....it happened!!! We were all so proud of him. When I was running around cleaning things up I saw Jed at the end of the hall with Pickles. I overheard him say, "I pooped on the potty and I get a marshmallow!" Then he started clapping his hands with pride. Oh my, was it precious.
By golly, we celebrated!
