Both of Evangeline's PE teachers have told me several times what a gifted runner Evangeline is. One of the teachers, who is also the cross country coach, stopped me in the hall the other day and told me that I need to start getting her in some fun runs. He sent me the information for some of these runs coming up in the area and Evangeline immediately agreed to do the Jingle Bell Classic at Deming Park. She participated in the 3K and came in 3rd place in her age division. Her PE teacher, Mr. Arthur was even there running the race with his son. We were all proud.
