We are putting the smack down on Evangeline sleeping in her own room...and by putting the smack down I mean she sleeps in her room two nights and then in our room one night. She is putting up less and less of a fight about it. Thank goodness. The bed is getting too small for growing children.
I always love to dehydrate citrus in the oven around the holidays. It smells wonderful and it's so pretty. One day I would love to do a tree in all natural and homemade elements.
North School has had what they call a "hello day" each month of the school year. On hello day they have several special people from the community and staff outside at the drop off to great the students with signs, etc. It was very exciting to see Santa himself greeting them at the drop off in December!
Our cozy home....
I worked almost every lunch break at school during December to make a doll and a special box for it for Evangeline's Christmas present. Here's a picture of it on its way home. At this point (pictured) it still needs it's hair styled and a dress made, but this was what it looked like coming home for Christmas.
And again I share Kyle's masterpiece that I gawk and marvel at every year. I wish he still painted. He has so much artistic talent.
