Bliss

Eating outside on a picnic blanket: playing on the swing set:  catching fireflies in a jar and then waving to them as we let them go:  jammie walks:  painting fingers and toes:  reading and reading and reading:  band concerts on the courthouse lawn:  popsicles:  play dates:  family jams:  baking a cake just because cake sounds good.  Summer is bliss. 

 

Trying to keep up with laundry and housework is nearly impossible with the little stinker around.

 

Yay!  The quilt I made for Evangeline is finished!!  I told her that it will be like wrapping up in a big hug from Mommy.  I hope she loves it for years and years.    

 

One of these days I will get around to taking some pictures of her room.  It is definitely what I would call eclectic.
