Music and My Fabulous Friends

Against our better judgment Kyle and I got tickets to see Mumford and Sons at Deer Creek in Indy on Labor Day.  It was a school night and we knew we would be hating our decision when Tuesday rolled around, but it's just so hard to say no to a good musical event.  We met up with some of my favorite people on this whole wide earth and tried to pretend like we didn't have to work the next day.

We had a lovely tailgate dinner before the concert.  The sun was so bright we had to lower our tent so low it was just over our heads.  I'm sure it was a sight, but no one in that parking lot looked like they were going to judge us.

My lovey, love.

This is how I felt after Mike fixed my camera.  And there's my trusty sidekick never failing to bring the weird.

Ummm, we were just having wayyyy too much fun with the camera.  What would I ever do without this girl?

Ever so proud of my butterfly hair comb.  I wrapped the butterfly's with wire around a comb.  Love it.  I've worn it a lot.

So many good friends in the same place.

A little Company Coffee reunion.

What a looker, that husband of mine.

Mommy made a cameo appearance at our blanket before the show.  She was there with Zachary and Candice.

Can you beat it?

I won't lie and say that I felt 100% at work the next day, but the concert was lots of fun for sure.
