We all participated in the Turkey Trot. I walked and Kyle and Evangeline ran the 5K. We all medaled too. It was a fun day. Jed got to play with Grandma, so he had fun as well.

Turkey Trot
Just when I think I couldn't be more amazed by Evangeline she goes an wins another contest. Everyone at North School had to draw a turkey design to be considered for the front of the Booster Club Turkey Trot shirts. The Turkey Trot is a fundraiser 5K that raises money for the schools. Every student grades 3-6 did their design during art class and submitted it for the contest. Last week I was notified from a member of the Booster Club that Evangeline's drawing had won out of the whole school!! We were so excited!! She has gotten so much recognition for her artistic ability this school year. Hard work pays off.
